Idma Laboratories Limited the group’s flagship company was incorporated in 1984. It is a multidisciplinary center for excellence in testing and analysis including capacity building. Punjab Agri Ventures Limited (PAVL) www.pavl.co.in incorporated in 2004 is a state of the art, horticulture & food-processing complex. Founded in 1999, Idma Foundation for Sustainable Development www.idmafoundation.in works on environmental problems associated with development. It is registered under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860 at Chandigarh, India as a not-for-profit organization.
